What are the hours of operation?
We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You will be paired with a trainer that has your specific availability.
How long are training sessions?
Sessions are 1 hour long. Clients can do their own cardio and stretching before and after their hour training session.
How do you choose your trainer?
We take you through a consultation in order to figure out your exact starting points and fitness goals so we can properly pair you with the coach best fit for your goals and availability. We always make sure it is a perfect match with your trainer otherwise we change it up to fit your needs.
Will I achieve my Fitness Goals?
Yes, we will assess your current condition to determine what your goals are and then create a tailored program to reach them. Our training methods are based on proven scientific principles and will be individualized to you and your current fitness level. We will use a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and nutrition guidance to help you achieve your desired results. We will also provide regular assessments to track your progress and adjust your program as needed.
How many personal training sessions can I have per week?
As many as you like. However, we recommend 3-5 training sessions for optimal results. Your frequency will ultimately be dictated by your fitness goals and expected timeline to achieve those goals. Book a consultation for more information.
Are your trainers certified?
Yes, our personal trainers are certified through either one or more of these health and fitness governing bodies. ISSA, Can Fit Pro, NSCA, and NASM. They also have additional certifications such as CPR/AED, First Aid, and other specialty certifications. Our trainers have expertise in athletic training, kettlebell training, mobility, and boxing.
What if I miss class or get sick?
Please let us know ahead of time if you are not able to make it to your session. We stand strong by our 24 hour cancellation policy. We hold your time and our team members time in high regard.
